Make a Payment
You can make a payment to Frontline Collections using the following methods:
Make a payment online
If you are paying a debt in full or as part of an authorised arrangement only, then you can make a payment using this facilit
Payments by card can only be made by the authorised card holder.
Please note that Credit Card payments are subject to a 2.5% merchant fee charge so this needs to be added to the principal sum you are paying i.e. £100 payment need to be £102.50 (There is no fee for Debit cards)
Min amount payable: £5 – Maximum Amount £10,000
Payments You will be diverted to the First Data secure online payment facility. You will be required to input your details on the next page, please ensure you quote your reference number.
Pay by Telephone
Pay your account by using the majority of UK based debt and/or credit cards. You will need to have your reference number and the card you intend to use for payment. This can be done by calling our Collections department general number on 0333 043 4427.
We can also set up a continuous payment with these details if required.
*Whilst payments by Debit/Card are accepted, there may be a merchant fee payable to process the payment.
Pay by Internet Banking
You can pay your account by online bank transfer. Ensure that you use your reference number as your payment reference to avoid confusion.

Pay by Post
You can pay your account by cheque, make your cheque payable to Frontline Collections, quoting your name & reference number on the reverse of the cheque and post to our Main Collections office.

Pay by Standing Order
If you have agreed a repayment schedule with a Collections Officer then you can arrange for a standing order form to be email to you, please call us on 0333 043 4427.
Pay in Cash
If you wish to pay your debt in cash then call our Collections Department on 0333 043 4427 who will assist you by making the necessary arrangements to accommodate this.
